About:	Dr. Greg Wu grew up in Bellevue, attending Sammamish High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2004. While he enjoys the artistic and problem solving aspects of dentistry, Dr. Wu is most interested in helping patients reach their oral health care goals and developing long term relationships with their families. To best achieve this, he complements his original training through local study clubs and continuing education courses, staying updated with the latest techniques and advancements in dentistry. Dr. Wu practices general dentistry in Issaquah, Washington and has been recognized as a Seattle Metropolitan Magazine Top Dentist. Dr. Wu currently serves on the Board for Physicians & Dentists Credit Bureau.

(Herein designated Experience Dentistry)

The Experience Dentistry team and its founders understand that privacy is crucial to the ongoing success in technological advancements in the dental industry and the Internet as an informative medium. Our application is a critical tool for educating and empowering the dental industry and their respective patients. Our users’ privacy is always a primary concern. Use of our website is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Given the stated purpose of the information presented on the Experience Dentistry website, all visitors and users of the application agree that Experience Dentistry is not responsible in any manner or to any extent for the consequences of any action(s) taken by any individual(s) and patient(s) as a result of using the information presented by Dentists and specialists using the Experience Dentistry application. Users shall respect the security of the Section and not attempt to gain access to areas private to Experience Dentistry or other users. The Experience Dentistry application is not to be used to conduct any activities that are in violation of any rule, regulation or law.

Information to Users and Subscribers

Several sections of our site allow you to submit and upload information, respond to information or deliver information directly to one or more users at a time. The personally identifiable information collected in these forms (such as your e-mail, address and telephone number) is stored in a remotely hosted database and is used only in processing your requests for more information, alert messages and treatment responses. Experience Dentistry uses appropriate precautions to keep all personal information provided secure. Experience Dentistry is not responsible for a security breach by a third party.

Experience Dentistry is not responsible for the content provided by other dentists and specialists. Each practice and respective account administrator maintains its own privacy policy and is required to abide by HIPAA (The Act). Users of the Experience Dentistry application are responsible for their respective compliance within the given laws of the governing industry, institutions and specific state requirements

Experience Dentistry is not liable for any lawsuits concerning the dentists and their respective patient’s and colleagues. The application only serves as a gateway to transfer, share and store digital information and advance the technology and communication systems of the dental community.

By using this website and the Experience Dentistry application, you agree to the collection and use of information and all other terms, as specified in our policy. In the event that our policy changes, we will make those changes available.

Obtaining written informed patient consent and authorization for the use and disclosure of protected health information to D Vision, L.L.C. d/b/a Experience Dentistry, for the purpose of carrying out treatment, payment and healthcare plans. The consent and authorization should also include the use and disclosure for the purpose of transferring, sharing and storage of digital information specifically to Experience Dentistry.
Providing Notice of Privacy Practices to each patient with proper patient acknowledgement of receipt.
